As a Temporary Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (TLMFT), I work with individuals across the lifespan—from children to adults—using a collaborative, strengths-based approach. In my work with adults and young adults, I utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify strengths, clarify goals, and create meaningful change. With children and adolescents, I incorporate Client-Centered Play Therapy, creating a safe and expressive environment where young clients can explore emotions and experiences through play. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative. Together, we’ll design a path forward that reflects your values, builds on your strengths, and enhances your personal well-being.
