I work with adults individually in a virtual therapeutic setting. I have worked with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, behavior issues, anger, life transitions & stress, trauma, self-esteem, family dynamics, co-occurring disorders, and executive functioning. I received my Master's of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and received my Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas. I use a holistic approach with evidence-based therapies in an empathetic, individualized, and strength-based manner.
