At the core of my work is creating a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and truly supportive for children, adolescents and adults. I believe healing begins when we’re met with compassion, curiosity, and the freedom to show up as our full selves, without pressure to mask, explain, or fit into someone else’s expectations. My clients may be struggling with emotional regulation, shutdowns or sensory overload, anxiety/persistent worry and shame or feeling "not good enough". My clients also may focus on understanding their identity, communication/attachment styles or navigating trauma.
