If you're struggling to express your needs, manage hard emotions, or navigate challenges in school, relationships, or life transitions, I may be the right fit. I provide a space where you can fully be yourself: Shout. Jump to a million different topics. Sit in silence. I'm here for it all..healing is not linear and can be messy! I am very straightforward but compassionate, so you can always expect honesty. I help children, teens, young adults, and adults navigate complex emotions, life transitions, and communication challenges. I use play-based therapy, including creative play and sandtray, with younger clients, and evidence-based talk therapy with older clients, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to build insight, coping skills, and confidence.
