About
As a trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and relationally oriented EMDR therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a plan that will address the most important and pressing issues that bring them to therapy. My use of EMDR as a comprehensive trauma therapy helps clients enhance coping skills and life functioning, and provide long-lasting relief from the distress that has brought them to therapy. My clients describe me as gentle, warm, creative, and actively engaged in their healing. I provide medium and long-term psychotherapy to adults of all ages and backgrounds in-person and virtually. My areas of expertise include working with survivors of traumatic experiences, PTSD/dissociation, domestic violence, and working with LGBTQ+ identified individuals and their partners and family members.I additionally provide adult ADHD assessment and treatment and individual therapy and education for parents of children with ADHD.
