It's hard to function everyday with an underlying feeling as if something is preventing you from being your most authentic self. As your therapist I am going to roll up my sleeves, get to work and I expect you to do the same. As a wife of a police officer I have personal and professional experience working through the challenges of being a first responder. I specialize in working with first responders and their families, those who struggle with navigating through life due to anxiety as well as individuals who may have a difficulty with maintaining relationships.
