Since childhood, I've had a strong desire to help people. That desire grew to helping people identify what they need to create a fulfilling and enriching life through self discovery and acceptance. As a licensed therapist in Maryland and D.C., certified infant and early childhood mental health provider for over 11 years, I understand that in creating the life you want, sometimes, healing and restoration must take place. Helping people acknowledge and understand the integral parts of themselves through acceptance, self love and security in who they are is the focus of my practice and at the core of the work we will do together.
