I admire & appreciate the courage it takes to initiate & maintain therapy. Individuals & couples call because they are stuck in unhealthy patterns & do not know how to do something different. I assist them in creating & maintaining healthy patterns. Anxiety & panic are struggles for many people. They learn to control the anxiety as opposed the anxiety controlling them. Miscommunication happens because people often listen to talk as opposed to understand. I teach clients how to communicate in the therapy room so they leave knowing how to do it. Clients regain trust so they can reconnect emotionally & sexually.
