Many of the people I work with are reflective, self-aware, and called to something deeper within themselves, yet still feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They may be navigating trauma, disconnection, burnout, or life transitions that feel overwhelming or disorienting. Often, they want to feel more authentic and whole, to make sense of what they’ve been carrying, and to integrate the experiences that have shaped them. They come to therapy not just for symptom relief, but for connection, clarity, and a more grounded sense of self.
