I am Allegra (they/them), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over five years of experience. My main areas of expertise are anxiety, grief, and working with those that identify as LGBTQIA+. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also a qualified supervisor for social work interns seeking independent licensure. Outside of my clinical work, I have much experience organizing and advocating for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and QTBIPOC communities. In our first couple of sessions, we will spend time getting to know each other. Establishing a good therapeutic relationship is the key to a successful therapy experience. We will explore what has brought you to therapy, your goals, and how I can best support you in your therapeutic journey.
