Allen Berman, LPC: I received my Masters Degree in Counseling and am a fully licensed Professional Counselor. I am also a practicing dentist who maintains a private practice. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and specific to each of my clients. I rely heavily on Cognitive Therapy which consists of helping people reframe counter-productive thoughts that may negatively influence their behavior. I am well versed in couples therapy as well as individuals dealing with anxiety, depression and relationship issues. One of my interests is helping men navigate professional and personal transitions.
