As a PLPC, I work with adults, teens 16+, and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected due to anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions. Many clients know something needs to change but feel unsure how to move forward. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I value creating an affirming, inclusive space while supporting clients of all identities. My approach is collaborative and grounded, helping clients build insight, confidence, and a stronger sense of purpose and direction.
