The foundation of my approach is client-centered, believing that through therapeutic rapport change is possible. This approach has provided me with the opportunity to provide adolescents, families, couples and adults my areas of expertise in which I utilize various disciplines of treatment. Such areas include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and skill building domains that include communication, the development of boundary setting, effective decision making and emotional regulation skills to help manage moods, sleep disturbance, stress and reactivity.
