I will collaborate with you, drawing upon modalities such as CBT, DBT, and other approaches to find a solution that works best. My specialties include adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationships, and sexuality. I have extensive experience working with addiction and substance abuse at the Southeast Addiction Center, and I’ve been certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), an eye-movement technique for PTSD.
