Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience based in Georgia. I have dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and life changing medical diagnoses. I have also helped individuals facing issues related to racial, ethnic and gender discrimination. My therapeutic approach draws on fundamentals of CBT, DBT, IPI, MI and solution-focused therapy. I believe that treatment methodologies are not one size fits all, however my warmth and empathy are shared with everyone.
