Hello there and welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Personal challenges require courage and belief in oneself to conquer. I believe perception plays a key role in the mental healthiness of individuals and many times distorted perception can hinder us from growth. I love working with individuals who seek to develop healthy coping mechanisms and increase overall self esteem. My passion in counseling is working with individuals who experience anxiety and other mood disorders in addition to challenges with life transitions, self-esteem, and social skills. I love working with children, adolescents, and young adults as individual clients.
