I am best suited to treating depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual identity issues, as well as relationship issues and issues of life purpose, including career and relationships. I also work with people who have been diagnosed, or their child has been diagnosed with, an illness such as Type 1 diabetes. I also offer long-term in-person group therapy designed for adults who are ready to become more resourced, relational, and real... with themselves and others.
