I help teens and 20-somethings understand and find solutions when they are hurting and stuck. I believe that everyone deserves to be the happiest, most authentic version of themselves. If you or your child are struggling with anxiety, conflict in your relationships, depression, low motivation, or low self-esteem know that you are not alone. I am passionate about helping my clients find solutions through therapy so that they can feel confident in who they are, connected in their relationships, and excited about their future.
