Dr. Alli Duncan (she/her) works with adults navigating relationship difficulties, life stressors, grief, anger, sleep concerns, depression and anxiety. She has specialized expertise in collaborating with individuals who have experienced trauma and identify across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. Dr. Duncan combines empowerment and affirmative therapeutic approaches alongside cognitive-behavioral principles to best meet her clients’ needs. She prioritizes empathy, respect, collaboration, and honesty within the therapeutic space. Dr. Duncan is trained in evidence-based treatments for PTSD, insomnia, panic disorder, and chronic pain.
