Hi, I'm Alli! I feel passionately that the space therapy provides is invaluable as it relates to establishing change; whether it be for support and processing of daily life stressors, or for chronic mental health symptoms that are posing barrier to feeling like your best self. My office is a safe space, and I believe everyone is deserving of support and moving through this life less alone. I have a wide range of experience in working with individuals who struggle with addiction, anxiety, depression, legal issues, sexual abuse, and trauma. We'll focus on discovering what truly matters to you and integrate these values into your life choices to reclaim the most whole, well, and peaceful version of yourself.
