I bring over a decade of professional expertise to therapy along with my own life experiences, empathy, understanding and hopefully a little humor along the way. When working with you (licensed in WI, MN, IL) I recognize the many roles you take on in day to day life. By using a client-centered approach, I will support you in your journey of emotional growth and well-being. More than anything, while my license is as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I aim to live my own life as authentically and intentionally as I can as a parent, family member and friend. I strive to bring that same authenticity and intentionality to our sessions.
