Many of the people I work with are capable, responsible, and high-functioning but internally overwhelmed. You may look like you’re handling everything on the outside while feeling anxious, exhausted, or stuck on the inside. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. I work especially well with individuals navigating chronic or high-functioning anxiety, trauma or lingering stress, parenting struggles and burnout, major life transitions, depression and grief.
