At Alliance Experiential Counseling, we enhance results by engaging our clients in physical activities, such as hiking, rock climbing, walking, biking, fishing, and yoga to complement traditional treatment methods. This approach is highly effective with individuals with depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, impulse control issues, or other disorders related to inattentiveness, self-regulation, self-esteem, or stress management/response.
