Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage stress, strengthen relationships, and create lasting resilience. I integrate ACT, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing with mindfulness and holistic practices, helping clients unhook from limiting beliefs and reconnect with their strengths. My approach is collaborative and tailored, whether I’m supporting adolescents learning emotional regulation, families improving communication, or athletes developing mental performance skills.
