I am currently accepting new clients, in person, in my Truckee office. I work well with older teens, young adults, and new parents. My session fee for private pay is $150 and I also accept Medi-Cal insurance. Sometimes life’s inevitable challenges cause added stress, sadness, worry, feelings of being “stuck” or not feeling like yourself. I understand that calling to schedule your first therapy appointment might feel daunting. Perhaps you keep putting it off, wondering if therapy is necessary or even right for you. I believe that every person is deserving of support when life feels difficult.
