Reaching out for help and beginning the therapeutic journey can feel overwhelming — and I want you to know that you're not alone. Life often presents us with countless challenges, some heavier than others, and navigating them can be incredibly difficult. Whether you're navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, issues with addiction or academic pressure, I’m here to walk alongside you. My goal is to offer a supportive space where you feel truly heard and can work towards mutually agreed upon goals I can see clients in Montana in person or via telehealth. I am able to see Vermont clients through telehealth. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT-I (sleep issues), anxiety, depression, major life changes, and addiction.
