Pausing in the midst of stress, grief, or uncertainty to seek support takes courage. I hold deep respect for those who choose to turn inward and reach out for care. My work centers on grief and loss, trauma, relationships, and identity shifts, often during pregnancy and postpartum, divorce or separation, and other major life transitions. I work with individuals, teens (13+), adults, couples, and older adults, and offer virtual therapy throughout California, primarily serving private-pay clients who value consistent, relational care.
