Hello! I am excited to help my client create a safe and positive space to learn new skills and discuss their needs. I use positive, trauma-informed, strength-based practices to help clients find ways to accept themselves, feel safe, and manage their emotions. I use mindfulness and motivational techniques to assist clients in finding their desired life path. I help clients learn how to handle difficult emotions and memories, learn their emotions, how they would like to regulate them, and gain interpersonal skills. Clients will learn skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stressful situations.
