As a therapist I am humbled by the complexity of our emotional world. Finding a solution is not always a clear or linear process. I hope to create a space where sitting in the discomfort of not immediately knowing or fixing becomes tolerable. My therapeutic style tends to focus on building self-awareness and understanding how past experiences can influence our present ability to cope or make decisions that align with values you may hold.
