For children, I specialize in play therapy & creative approaches to help clients move toward healing and wholeness. For adults, I value creating a safe place for clients to process, heal, and move toward greater insight and healthier ways of relating. Current or previous relationships have a tremendous impact on mental health; I am here to help connect the dots to your experiences of life- coping with the wounds of the past, present challenges or fears of the future. I can also help you grieve & accept chronic illness.
