I enjoy working with adults and teens who have been through trauma, addiction and other adverse life events. I want to help you connect with your authentic self, and live the life you want to live, despite mental health symptoms or difficult life circumstances. Many of us grew up with the message that we “should” be able to figure things out on our own — that asking for help means we’re broken. I reject that narrative. Healing happens when you step into a safe, compassionate space, and allow someone to walk alongside you. You don’t have to do it alone.
