Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, stress, or past experiences make it hard to feel grounded. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface — helping you understand your emotions, build coping skills, and find a greater sense of calm and confidence. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT and DBT to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we’ll work at your pace and focus on what feels most meaningful to you I have experience working in both an inpatient trauma facility and a college counseling center. I’m especially passionate about working with young adults as they navigate identity, independence, and emotional growth. I also hold a specialization in couples and family counseling, which allows me to consider the broader systems and relationships that shape you
