This can provide emotional stability, freedom from intrusive thoughts, allow you to process past pain, and enable you to create a life filled with meaning and joy. I provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that cultivates healing and growth for women, young adults, and teens. Additionally, I offer a career and life counseling program for teens and adults contemplating their path in life, reemergence into the job market, or a career change. I’ve provided therapy through private practice and on campus university student counseling. I'm the recipient of the Brooks Rehabilitation Healthcare Sciences Award for Clinical Excellence in recognition of my work as a counselor.
