I use evidence-based approaches like Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support you in building a life that feels more open, grounded, and flexible. I'm also trained in Habit Reversal for skin picking/hair pulling My approach is active and collaborative—we’ll work together to build and practice skills during sessions so they feel doable and effective in daily life.
