Hi, I'm Allison Brown. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing therapy throughout California. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and postpartum. I use both cognitive and somatic therapies to help my clients feel connected to the world and like themselves again. Therapy is a collaborative process and a sacred space to process and connect. I use an array of modalities and tools tailored to each individual person and even individual sessions. Overall, I believe in combining the cognitive with the somatic for holistic healing.
