I work to create a safe, warm, nurturing, and affirmative environment for my clients. I believe that everyone is capable of the change they seek to achieve while also being compassionate to how challenging roadblocks (ex. trauma) can be on our life journey. I have worked in addiction recovery and the mental health field for almost a decade. This includes working with domestic violence, women’s/masculinity issues, depressive/anxious disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, and substance misuse.
