I received my MS in Clinical Counseling Psychology at Brenau University. In the past I have worked at a residential treatment center for children & teens where I provided a highly specialized therapy, DBT, to teach children & adolescents skills to manage intense emotions. I also work with adults and families. I believe therapy is not a "one size fits all" and will work with you to create an individual treatment plan that best suits your needs as a client! It is important to me that we work as a team to empower you to be your best self!
