I’m Allison Carluccio, LPC, with five years of experience providing mental health services in preschool and high school settings, private practice, and an Intensive Outpatient Crisis Center. My goal is to inspire and support you in creating attainable, sustainable goals that foster real change. Together, we’ll build healthy coping strategies to help you feel confident, empowered, and supported on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. I believe in fostering a mindset of creativity and introspection, encouraging you to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns. In our sessions, I strive to cultivate a safe environment where you can be vulnerable, truly heard, and deeply understood.
