Many people today feel invisible. My goal is to make them feel seen, heard, and understood. As a current school counselor and former teacher, I have almost 17 years of experience helping students navigate struggles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, gender identity, sexual orientation, academics, friendships, family issues, 504s, and more. Additionally, I currently focus on helping women-identifying clients of all ages navigate the unique pressures they face in today's society, especially as it relates to societal norms, gender roles, boundaries, and relationships.
