I am a clinical and intuitive therapist, as well as a professional certified coach and consultant. I strive to provide a safe experience for clients to express anything they may be dealing with. My goal is to help them achieve being their best self. While my clinical approach is direct and change-focused; my work also includes Buddhist and intuitive approaches; is practical, empathetic and directed toward strengths. I cultivate plans for that are specific to each client and always keep their feedback and concerns in mind.
