The therapeutic relationship is the key to change, so I aim to develop trust and comfort as we begin this journey. Therapy is YOUR time, so we'll discuss whatever's most helpful to you each week! We'll aim to build upon your existing coping skills and develop some new ones along the way. My background includes work in schools, outpatient private practice, and therapeutic summer programs. I work with a variety of clients from toddlers through young adults. For young children who have experienced or witnessed trauma, I work with the child and the caregiver together using Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), a trauma-informed modality.
