Hello and welcome! Are you a mother in waiting? Have you experienced pregnancy loss? Are you struggling with a difficult pregnancy? Are you a new parent feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unhappy? Whether you're facing infertility treatments, a challenging pregnancy experience, pregnancy loss, or having a hard time adjusting to parenthood, I can help. My goal is to support and empower you on your journey to or through parenthood. I do this from the standpoint of both a licensed therapist, as well as a person who has been through these experiences myself. This allows me to step into a greater capacity for empathy and understanding.
