I am a licensed professional Mental Health Counselor for the state of Georgia. All individuals have the capacity to live fulfilling lives if given the coping skills and strategies for mental and psychological health and growth. Helping clients gain awareness of their own personal power in order to move forward in a positive way is the focus and joy of my practice. I am a non-secular therapist though I embrace all "spiritualities." I believe, when possible, working through challenges med free is important to avoid an emotional and/or physical dependency.
