Many of the people I help want to change their relationships, improve communication and bonding, to increase self worth and assertiveness, manage stress/anxiety/burnout, navigate life transitions and just figure out adulting! I usually work with women and college age adults, but I also have experience beyond that age range, as well as working with couples. I believe counseling is a collaborative process and together we can help you reach your goals, guiding you to where life feels manageable and empowering you to create the life that you desire!
