Maybe you’ve done a lot to survive, but now you’re wondering how to actually feel safe, connected, or at peace. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you’re not broken. My focus is on creating a space where you don’t have to justify your pain or hide the parts of yourself that have helped you get through. I’ll meet you with warmth, authenticity, honesty, and respect, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My office is located within CNADA’s space. I have worked with teen and adult individuals who deal with a variety of challenges, including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and anger.
