To truly be seen and heard is the most powerful form of healing. In over 10 years of working in this field I have found that we are all looking to be deeply understood. I believe that the therapeutic relationship can help folks have this experience. I specialize in working with athletes of all ages experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns and life transitions. I also specialize in spiritual development in a therapeutic setting. I practice from a psychodynamic lens to offer a relational approach to the therapeutic process.
