Hi, my name is Allison and I am a mental health therapist licensed in Texas, Illinois, South Dakota, Georgia, and Florida. I most enjoy working with people who experience high emotion dysregulation. These might include people with personality disorders, self-harm, ADHD, PTSD, anger issues, anxiety, and/or depression. I help my clients learn skills to gain control over their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can build successful lives.
