For the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with students as a school social worker. I am now eager to extend my support to adults, bringing the same commitment, compassion, and expertise to this next chapter of my career. My approach to therapy is collaborative and strength-based. I don’t believe therapy is something done to someone, but rather with them. I aim to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique strengths, experiences, and values.
