I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals facing complex mental health challenges including Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. My practice is rooted in a nonjudgmental, empathic, and client-centered approach while integrating evidenced-based modalities such as DBT, ACT, ERP, IFS, and narrative therapy. I have a particular passion for supporting clients who struggle with psychosis, mood instability, treatment-resistant depression, attachment trauma, intrusive thoughts, self-harm, and chronic suicidality.
