I am part of Handspring Health. We’re a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. I work with children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to cope with daily challenges. Parents want to see their child thrive but may not know where to start. I offer a supportive space to build self-awareness, learn coping skills, and foster confidence so young people can feel more balanced, empowered, and ready to move forward.
